My passion is not to write about writing. I do enjoy it, but there are so many great blogs out there about writing—fiction, technique, freelance, style, non-fiction—the topics are endless.

Am I Great? A Writer’s Self Confidence

This blog is about passion, not how great we are as writers. Being great comes with age—there has to be passion before there can be greatness. With that being said, there are people, who I consider top notch and leaders in their field of writing, tell me I’m a great writer; published writers even.

Eight-year-old Virginia O’Hanlon wrote a letter to the editor of New York’sSun, and the quick response was printed as an unsigned editorial Sept. 21, 1897.
