Yanno, sometimes it’s hard to define what’s a priority and what isn’t. It’s often hard for many of us to put our own priorities above others. This is especially true if we have a family to care for. But, we also need to take care of ourselves and do some of our own things to keep our ‘well’ full enough so that we can care for others and give others our best. We should never stop giving of ourselves, but we also need time to explore our interests and be creative.
I recently grabbed a pack of PLR (private label content) for this report on making your life a priority. I mostly bought it for my own study. Since I do have PLR rights and can share it or package it up as a product, I thought I’d use it here on my blog and share with you. We all need encouragement. We all need to stay focused on life’s priorities, so I’m calling this a challenge, but maybe it’ll be more of a series.
For many people, it seems like life has two options: achieving goals or enjoying life. We tend to think we have to do either/or and forget that we could do both. There seems to be two camps of people; go-getters and those who slack in all departments. I can definitely be a slacker, but there are things I can be a go-getter about. Sometimes, it boils down to time and energy. Maybe energy (or lack of) is the main thing. 😉
How many times have you caught yourself saying you don’t have enough time or there isn’t enough time in the day? Is this really the truth? There are many books on the subject of how to be highly successful as well as how to achieve happiness. So obviously some people have managed to do it, right?
Sometimes we think these notions are for other people, who are super extraordinary, and we feel that we don’t fit into the mix of achievers. Maybe we’re taking baby-steps and don’t feel like we’re achieving fast enough. And often times, we just give up because the journey seems long.
Or, we’re working hard for retirement so then we can enjoy life. But where’s the fun in that? Life IS a journey, not a destination. We should be enjoying life as we’re setting and reaching our goals, as we’re putting our priorities into place and working to achieve them. So what if everything isn’t perfect at the moment. The truth is, the stars are never going to line up and everything magically fall into place. We have to prioritize what we want to accomplish.
Do you wish you had more time to achieve goals and even more time to enjoy life? If so, you are certainly not alone. And over the next few weeks, I’ll share what I learn about how to prioritize your life and make more time for both achieving goals and enjoying life.
All the best,
