Do you use journals and planners? There’s something about writing things down that makes them more concrete. Writing by hand is a tactile experience and for many people, going through those motions tend to help things just stick better, especially mentally. For other people, it can sometimes seem like a waste of time, but that simply isn’t always true! Both planners and journals offer a lot of benefit to your life. I’ve been super guilty of this one, thinking I needed to keep everything separate, but it’s such a pain in the butt. If everything is in one place, you are not only more organized, but you are going to save a lot of time as well.
